1. Acceptance

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the website at sevnlabs.ai and any related pages (the "Site"), operated by Cloud Telecom Networks, S.A.P.I. ("SevnLabs", "we", "us"). By using the Site you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

Use of the SevnLabs platform and services is governed by a separate written agreement between SevnLabs and each customer. If such an agreement conflicts with these Terms, the agreement prevails.

2. About SevnLabs

SevnLabs develops software and data infrastructure that helps organizations understand networks across multiple providers. SevnLabs is not an internet provider and owns no network. Nothing on the Site is an offer to provide telecommunications services.

3. Use of the site

You may use the Site for lawful, informational purposes. You agree not to:

• Interfere with or disrupt the Site, its servers or networks, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to any system.
• Scrape, crawl or harvest content or data from the Site by automated means beyond ordinary search-engine indexing.
• Introduce malware or use the Site to send unsolicited communications.
• Misrepresent your identity or affiliation, or use the Site in violation of any applicable law.

4. Diagrams and examples

Diagrams, figures and scenarios shown on the Site are simplified illustrations of how SevnLabs works and do not depict real customers, providers or sites. Features, availability and roadmap descriptions may change and do not constitute a commitment or warranty.

5. Intellectual property

The Site and its content, including text, graphics, logos, illustrations and code, are owned by SevnLabs or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may view and share links to the Site, but you may not copy, modify, distribute or create derivative works from its content without our prior written permission. Third-party standards, names and trademarks mentioned on the Site belong to their respective owners; their mention describes technical alignment and does not imply endorsement or partnership.

6. Your submissions

If you send us messages, feedback or ideas, you confirm you have the right to share them. Unless we have a separate written agreement, information you send through the Site or by email is not treated as confidential, and we may use feedback to improve our products without obligation to you. Do not send passwords, network credentials or other sensitive information by email. Personal data you share is handled according to our Privacy Policy.

The Site may link to third-party websites. We do not control and are not responsible for their content, policies or practices.

8. Disclaimer

The Site is provided "as is" and "as available". To the maximum extent permitted by law, SevnLabs disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free or free of harmful components, or that its information is complete or current.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SevnLabs and its officers, employees and affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, data or goodwill, arising from or related to your use of, or inability to use, the Site. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law, including rights under Mexico's Federal Consumer Protection Law where applicable.

10. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold SevnLabs harmless from claims, damages and expenses, including reasonable legal fees, arising from your misuse of the Site or your violation of these Terms.

11. Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the federal laws of the United Mexican States. Any dispute arising from or related to these Terms or the Site will be submitted to the competent courts of Mexico City, and you waive any other jurisdiction that may apply by reason of your present or future domicile or for any other reason.

These Terms are written in English. If a Spanish translation is provided and there is any inconsistency, the version required by applicable law prevails.

12. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a new "last updated" date. Continued use of the Site after changes take effect means you accept them.
