1. Who we are

Cloud Telecom Networks, S.A.P.I. ("SevnLabs", "we", "us") is the data controller responsible for the personal data described in this policy. SevnLabs operates the website sevnlabs.ai.

2. Scope

This policy covers personal data we process when you visit our website, contact us, request a demo, or otherwise communicate with us as a prospect, partner, investor or candidate.

It does not cover network and operational data that customers provide to SevnLabs when using our platform. That data is governed by each customer's agreement with SevnLabs, under which the customer remains the owner and controller of its data and SevnLabs acts as a processor (encargado) on the customer's instructions.

3. Data we collect

Information you give us

When you email us or request a demo, we receive what you choose to send, typically your name, work email, company, role, phone number and the content of your message.

Information collected automatically

Like any website, our hosting and security provider processes technical data needed to deliver the site and protect it from abuse, such as IP address, browser type, requested pages, date and time, and referring URL. We use this only for security, reliability and aggregate operational purposes.

What we do not collect

We do not request or knowingly collect sensitive personal data (such as health, biometric, religious or financial account data) through this website. Please do not send us network credentials, passwords or other confidential information by email; we will arrange a secure channel when needed.

4. Why we use it

Primary purposes (necessary)

• Responding to your inquiries and demo requests.
• Evaluating and managing a potential or existing business relationship.
• Operating, securing and maintaining the website.
• Complying with legal obligations and responding to lawful requests from authorities.

Secondary purposes (optional)

• Sending occasional updates about SevnLabs, our product and events.

You can object to secondary purposes at any time by writing to contact@sevnlabs.ai. Doing so will not affect our ability to respond to you.

Where the EU or UK GDPR applies, we rely on our legitimate interests in responding to business communications and securing our services, on steps you request before entering a contract, on legal obligations, and on your consent for optional updates.

5. Cookies & tracking

Our website does not use advertising cookies, third-party analytics, tracking pixels or social media plugins. Fonts and assets are served from our own domain. Our hosting and security provider may set strictly necessary security cookies to protect the site from automated abuse; these do not track you across websites.

If we ever introduce analytics or other tracking technologies, we will update this policy and, where required, ask for your consent first.

6. Sharing & transfers

We do not sell or rent personal data. We share it only with:

• Service providers (processors) that host our website, deliver content, protect against attacks and provide email, acting on our instructions under confidentiality obligations. Some are located outside Mexico, including in the United States.
• Authorities, when required by applicable law or a valid order.
• A successor entity, in the event of a merger, acquisition or restructuring, subject to this policy.

Communications to processors are permitted without your consent under the LFPDPPP. Any transfer to third parties that requires your consent will be requested beforehand.

We never share a customer's sites, prices or contracts with any telecommunications carrier.

7. Retention

We keep inquiry and relationship data for as long as needed for the purposes above and to meet legal, tax and accounting obligations, after which it is blocked and then securely deleted. Technical logs are kept for short periods for security purposes.

8. Security

We apply administrative, technical and physical safeguards appropriate to the data we handle, including encryption in transit (HTTPS), access controls and the principle of least privilege. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work to protect your data and will notify you as required by law if a breach significantly affects your rights.

9. Your rights

You have the right to access your personal data, rectify it if it is inaccurate, cancel (delete) it, and object to its use (the "ARCO" rights under Mexican law). You may also revoke your consent and limit the use or disclosure of your data. Where the GDPR applies, you additionally have rights to restriction, portability and to lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority.

To exercise these rights, email contact@sevnlabs.ai with:

• Your name and an email or address to receive our response.
• A document proving your identity (or your representative's identity and authority).
• A clear description of the data and the right you want to exercise.
• Any document that helps us locate your data.

We will respond within 20 business days and, if your request is granted, make it effective within 15 business days, as provided by the LFPDPPP. These deadlines may be extended once, for an equal period, when justified. If you are not satisfied with our response, you may contact Mexico's data protection authority, the Secretaría Anticorrupción y Buen Gobierno.

10. Children

Our website and services are intended for businesses and are not directed to anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal data from minors.

11. Changes

We may update this policy to reflect changes in law or in our practices. We will post the updated version on this page with a new "last updated" date and, where changes are material, take reasonable steps to let you know.
